Standard Drawing Package - $750 ($950 two storey)

Basic Floor plan(s) Sections and Details
Building Elevations Scale Model (exterior)
Site plan (locates the project on the lot) Lighting and electrical plans

This package includes everything in the Basic drawing package and includes a real scale model of your dream house, once the elevations have been determined. This package provides enough information to allow your contractor to complete your foundation, framing, and roofing plans.

Two drawing revisions are included in this package. Additional revisions, if required, are available at an additional rate of $50 per hour. This package is perfect for visualizing your dream home or vacation cabin.

Deluxe Drawing Package - $950 ($1150 two storey)

Basic Floor plan(s) Foundation plan
Building Elevations Framing details
Site plan (locates the project on the lot) Roofing and framing plans
Sections and Details Lighting and electrical plans
Scale Model Interior modeling 

This package includes everything in the Standard drawing package, and all construction document drawings required for building permitting. Interior modeling may be available determined by your finished drawings. I will work with your contractor to finish framing plans, roofing plans, and any other drawings the contractor requires.

Two drawing revisions are included in this package. Additional revisions, if required, are available at an additional rate of $50 per hour. This package is perfect for visualizing and specifying all the details of your dream home or vacation cabin.

Other Design Services
