Overview
Tanda Tech Services (Tanda Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Tanda Tech Services) is based
in Salida, Colorado. We are a small, privately owned consulting practice that serves
local companies and governments who need the skills of technology professionals,
but may not need, or be able to afford, full time help. We specialize in providing
complete management of our client's technology needs with cost-effective, timely,
and appropriate solutions using a wide range of technologies. Tanda Tech Services
has developed a network of local talent that will allow us to provide you with the
highest level of quality technical services.
The principal consultant of Tanda Tech Services is Andrew Koransky, Member, Tanda
Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Tanda Tech Services (see resume).
Services
Services offered include (but are not limited to):
- Technology Planning.
- Contract negotiations and vendor management.
- Project management.
- Cost / Benefit Analysis
- Software development services, including custom integrations between disparate systems.
- Windows desktop computer support.
- Windows and Linux Server computer support.
- Network configuration, security, and troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN router,
switch, and VPN configuration.
- Small project network wiring.
Process
Tanda Tech Services employs a process based on the Agile Software Development methodology
to ensure customer satisfaction. As described at
agilemanifesto.org, the Agile process
values:
- Individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
- Working solutions over comprehensive documentation.
- Customer collaboration over contract negotiation.
- Responding to change over following a plan.
As such, we have developed a simple process we use when starting any project:
- Understand: We spend a few hours with the customer in order to become familiar with
the current business processes that are in place, as well as future business processes
and needs that computer software/hardware may facilitate.
- Study: We take the time to understand the current solutions that are in place. Upon
completion and as requested, we can provide a non-binding "ball park" estimate of
time/costs for each option we discover. This estimate may be refined as business
requirements are modified or discovered. Billing is based on time plus materials.
- Construct: We strive for simple, cost-effective solutions. We believe in being customer
centric, "satisfying the customer through early and continuous delivery of valuable
solutions." The customer will be able to see incremental progress in the form of
a working solution as the solution evolves.
- Document: We will provide any documentation and source code you require to ensure
continuity of service with any future vendors.
- Deliver: We are not happy until you are happy. Due to the incremental nature of
the Agile process we use, we will continue to improve upon the solution until your
needs are met.
Emergency Support
Tanda Tech Services will attempt to provide for emergency support 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. Please note that emergency after-hours services are billed at a higher
rate, and we cannot guarantee this service will be available every day of the year.
In the case that these services cannot be provided, we will attempt to provide ample
notice, and alternative solutions.
